Eiger «Moräne» and Männlichen west face!
I enjoyed one of the last warm and sunny days riding my bike near Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. The «Moräne» trail is a pretty amazing ride on a nearly 1km long and narrow ridge. The trail on the west face of Männlichen which starts at the very top of the summit is ridiculously steep and the first half would be too scary if it wasn't for the avalanche barriers. Most of the switchbacks however are too tight to ride. Some of them could be possible but there isn't much room for mistakes and I didn't really want to risk falling... Nevertheless it was a beautiful day and the view is always epic!

Brazilian (22.08.09)
Together with my mountainbike friends we rode down the infamous brazilian trail near Sion, Switzerland. The trail drops 2000 meters and has some really amazing sections. So much fun!

Eigertrail (25.06.09)
Despite the rain I've been riding the Eigertrail plus its crazy extension all the way down. Well some stairs were just way too slippery... The scenery is pretty impressive so close to one of the biggest northfaces in the alps.

1st anniversary (13.04.09)
Today I took my IronHorse 6.6 to the rollercoaster-like trail in Egerkingen.
Akira tuned 15 cm air suspension front and back...
What more does a single trail hunter need?
Well maybe some new body armour?

2007 - end of april - it hasn't rained for at least a month. The trails here are dry und dusty. So I went to ride the Swiss / French borderline called 'Remel'. This really beautiful trail features fast and technical sections, a few switchbacks and one 360° turn. No this has not been shaped by young and crazy mountainbikers. The trail leads through a cave, so you're riding a spiral. Awesome - awesome...
Walking back up the hill for another descent.

Since Airflow Skateboards sponsored a camelback ramp for the 'Pizza Cup Fettweg Indoor Race 2004' at the 'Rote Fabrik Zürich' I thought: why not go there and race? It was a funny course with a few obstacles. Timetrials decided who you were racing against. The elimination wasn't an easy game for me but I won run after run. The final was held over 4 laps. I was first. Pretty happy!

Wanderschock
was a small freeride crew riding all the wonderful trails in the Basler Jura. The main focus was set on riding downhill, and not cross country. ÖrniBörni, Sutti an MadMat also organized the 'Highlander'. That was a public tour leading through some of the best terrain in the Jura.
Unfortunately the website is down and due to family life the crew doesn't ride together alot anymore.
